matrin-3抗体（2539C3a）是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆matrin-3抗体（也称为matrin-3抗体），可通过WB和IP检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的matrin-3蛋白。matrin-3抗体（2539C3a）可作为非偶联抗matrin-3抗体使用。Matrin-3是一种核基质蛋白，包含一个matrin型锌指和两个RRM（RNA识别基序）结构域。Matrin-3在转录中发挥作用，并可能与其他核基质蛋白相互作用，形成内部纤维颗粒网络。与PSF-p54/NRB异聚体结合后，Matrin-3可能在核内滞留缺陷RNA中发挥作用。作为PKA介导的磷酸化的主要底物，Matrin-3可能是在生理条件下，将信息从含有NMDA受体的突触快速传递到神经元核的一种方式。此外，Matrin-3的磷酸化可能在病理条件下促进神经元死亡。Matrin-3的活性可能受钙依赖性与CaM I的相互作用以及caspase诱导的裂解来调节。

Was this antibody tested for immunofluorescence? If not is is possible to get a test-trial aliquote to try?

Thank you for your question. Anti-matrin-3 Antibody (2539C3a): sc-81318 is only recommended for detection of matrin-3 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB and IP. We do not recommend it for IF. Please contact our technical service directly to arrange for a sample of this antibody.

Hi, I was wondering what general portion of the protein the immunogen corresponds to for sc-81318. I understand that the sequence is probably proprietary but am wondering if it is either N-terminal (aa 1-250ish) or C terminal (aa 600-750ish). Thanks.

Thank you for your question. This antibody was raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to an internal region of matrin-3 of human origin. The exact epitope has not been mapped, so no further information is available.

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of avian origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?
