We used the PE-conjugated anti-Lck 3A5 for FACS in Jurkat cells and barely got any signal. Could you please recommend a good permeabilization reagent (preferably the one used for obtaining the histograms shown in the product data sheet)? Thanks

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with Lck Antibody (3A5): sc-433?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfectly in Western BlotI used the Lck antibody for the detection of the protein in primary CD4+ cells using Western Blot: 1/1000 dilution in TBS-T and 5% skim milk, 4°C over night incubation. HRP conjugation allowed direct detection without any secondary antibody application, clear bands were visible.
