IRAK-4抗体（G-2）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆IRAK-4抗体（也称为白细胞介素-1受体相关激酶4或白细胞介素-1受体相关激酶4抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测人源IRAK-4蛋白。IRAK-4抗体（G-2）既可作为非共轭抗IRAK-4抗体形式提供，也可作为多种共轭形式的抗IRAK-4抗体提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。白细胞介素-1受体（IL1R）相关激酶（IRAK）是Toll样受体（TLR）和IL1R家族成员（统称为TIR）信号转导的重要介质。IRAK家族成员包括两种活性激酶IRAK-1和IRAK-4，以及两种非活性激酶IRAK-2和IRAK-M。IL-1与其同源受体的结合导致NFkB信号通路和MAP激酶通路的激活。IRAK-4似乎在其他IRAK的上游起作用，并在苏氨酸387上磷酸化IRAK-1。它在肝肾组织中高度表达，但在其他组织中也表现出广泛的低水平表达。IRAK-4是先天免疫的重要组成部分。IRAK-4缺乏导致复发性细菌感染和对LPS和IL-1的严重低反应性。因此，IRAK-4可能是治疗药物设计的潜在靶点。

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average featuresI got the sample product about a mouth ago and have used it for confocal microscopy observation on dendtritic cells. The cells were fixed by methyl alcohol, and then blocked by 5% BSA in 37℃ for 1 h, IRAK4(m)(1:100) antibody incubated in 4℃ for overnight, following G-M(cy3) second antibody in 37℃ for 1.5 h. The results are shown in the added photo. In my opinion, I think there should be some improvements for the antibody. For example, the specificity is not so good , and there was false positive signal in the cell nucleus, in addition, I felt that the signal was too weak when used in such a high concentration, maybe the titer could be improved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good antibody for Western blottingThis product has been independently tested and validated in-house at Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation as a relatively potent and fairly specific antibody for Western blotting with a mixture of mouse brain, testes and thymus tissue lysates. It clearly detected an appropriately sized ~51 kDa target protein in these immunoblots.
