can i use this HSP70 anti body for western bloting in manila clam sample

Thank you for your question. Anti-HSP 70 Antibody (F-3) is only recommended for detection of HSP 70 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA, as well as canine, bovine and porcine samples.

I would like to use HSP 70 (F-3): sc-373867 for double staining with another mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Is this possible?

Thank you for your question. In cases like this, we recommend using our directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibodies. Currently, sc-373867 is not available directly conjugated, but we have an alternative HSP 70 antibody (sc-24) that is available conjugated to HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor® 488 and Alexa Fluor® 647.
