Thank you for your question. HSP 70 Antibody (3A3): sc-32239 was raised against recombinant human HSP 70. No epitope mapping has been performed as of yet, so its exact epitope region on its target protein is unknown.

Hi, what is the concentration (mg/ml) of this antibody. We want to treat 10 ng of this antibody in media but hard to find the information about it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from HSP-70 expression in mouse tissue IHC-P as FFPEHSP-70 expression was located in cytoplasm of thymus and spleen tissues of mice. We used it in conc. of 1:200 for 30 min. However, there was some background in the staining.It can be used also for WP.
