Endophilin II抗体（A-11）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆Endophilin II抗体（也称为Endophilin-A2抗体或ET-2抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA等方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Endophilin II蛋白。Endophilin II抗体（A-11）既可作为非偶联的抗Endophilin II抗体形式提供，也可作为多种抗Endophilin II抗体的偶联形式提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。内菲林蛋白家族包含三种含有SH3结构域的蛋白质，分别被命名为内菲林蛋白I、II和III，或者分别被称为SH3P4、SH3P8和SH3P13。这些蛋白质与两亲性蛋白、突触结合蛋白和发动蛋白相关，并涉及神经末梢的突触前囊泡转运。内菲林蛋白的表达模式与它们在神经元突触中的细胞功能相一致，因为内菲林蛋白I仅在大脑中表达。内菲林蛋白II和内菲林蛋白III都在多种组织中被检测到。内菲林蛋白I还通过作为衔接蛋白并引导β1肾上腺素能受体进入内吞机制来调节G蛋白偶联受体信号传导。

Endophilin II Antibody (A-11): sc-365704 detects a band of approximately 45 kDa (corresponding to molecular weight of Endophilin II) and is specific.
