We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not working in MCF10AWe tested siCCNE and used two santa cruz cyclin E antibodies to validate the knockdown in MCF10A cells. This one showed unchanged bands at 50kDa, whereas the other (HE-12) clearly showed the downregulation of cyclin E.
