Is H-4 a function blocking antibody for rat CD14 and is it formulated in amounts and in buffers appropriate for in vivo studies (i.e. no azide, no carrier protein)?

Thank you for your question. We have not tested this antibody for any functional blocking activity, nor are we aware of any publications citing use of the antibody for any blocking function. How much sample do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using CD14 (H-4): sc-515785?
