I use this antibody to detect the expression of dental derived Mesenchymal steme cells after some advert stimulation. I conducted the following procedures for WB: 1The cells were lysated with RIPA, PMSF, and proteinase cocktail ,then ultrasound 2 electrophoresis, transfer to NC membrane 3 incubated with first antibody sc-374615 is diluted at:1:150 ,4 °C,overnight (first time at 1:250， failed) 4 washed, incubated with goat anti-mouse HRP conjugate second antibody, ECL coloration 5 results good anyway ,the protein band is not bad
