I have tried this antibody for IHC with heat and citrate but I cannot get any staining. Please can you help

I have tried using this antibody for IF and FC on iPS cells differentiated towards mesoderm, and have received no signal. I have the brachyury antibody (N-19): sc-17743 (discontinued) as a control, which works fine for both applications. What can I do?

Can this antibody be used for Formalin Fixed, Paraffin Wax Embedded tissue, if so what antigen retrieval method would you recommend?

Thank you for your question. This antibody has not been tested for FFPE tissue sections, and can therefore not be warrantied for this use. If you want to try it, I would recommend antigen retrieval with sodium citrate combined with heat.
