Your demonstrative blot shows 1 band for the first 3 samples and 2 bands for the last two samples. WHY? Which is is BLM the upper or lower band?

Thank you for your question. BLM undergoes extensive post-translational modifications such as cross-linking and modification of several amino acid residues. This may cause additional bands to appear at a higher molecular weight on western blot images, depending on the sample used. What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with BLM (B-4): sc-365753 monoclonal antibody?
