BAFF-R Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects BAFF-R in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BAFF-R, also known as B cell activating factor receptor, plays a pivotal role in the immune system by mediating the survival and maturation of B cells, which are essential for the adaptive immune response. BAFF-R is primarily located on the surface of B cells, where BAFF-R interacts with TALL-1 ligand to promote B cell proliferation and differentiation. BAFF-R′s location in the cell is crucial for initiating signaling pathways that prevent apoptosis in transitional B cells, thereby ensuring their development into fully functional mature B cells. BAFF-R genes are expressed at high levels in the spleen and lymph nodes, which are critical sites for B cell maturation and immune response activation. Anti-BAFF-R antibody (B-3) enables researchers to gain valuable insights into B cell biology and the mechanisms underlying various immune disorders, making BAFF-R antibody (B-3) an essential tool for studies in immunology and related fields.
