AVP抗体(E-8)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆AVP抗体,可通过WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 和 ELISA检测小鼠来源的AVP前体、神经垂体素II和成熟肽链copeptin。AVP抗体(E-8)既有非偶联的抗AVP抗体形式,也有多种偶联形式的抗AVP抗体,包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶、藻红蛋白、异硫氰酸荧光素和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。精氨酸加压素(AVP)是一种抗利尿、神经垂体激素,参与体液稳态的调节,被认为在某些癌症(如乳腺癌)中作为自分泌生长因子发挥作用。在Skbr3和Mcf7细胞中,无论是在细胞表面还是分泌形式,都发现了AVP前体的多种形式。由特异性和高敏感性的下丘脑渗透压感受器调节的AVP过度分泌,通过加压素V1a和V2介导的外周血管和水潴留作用,增加平均动脉压、全身血管阻力和每搏输出量指数。AVP可能通过V1a激活心肌收缩力和细胞生长,直接对心肌功能产生不利影响。由AVP引起的V1型受体介导通路也被证明通过激活ERK1/2促进癌症生长。AVP的抗利尿作用受加压素V2受体的调节。AVP也可能使偏头痛处于缓解期,因为它促进抗伤害作用并影响血管舒缩和行为控制。这些因素使得AVP成为急性和慢性心力衰竭的治疗靶点。

To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent ABI used this AB for IF in 4% PFA fixed brains (mouse). Briefly, after blocking the section with 10% NDS in PBST, I incubated the slices with the primary AB, final concentration 1/1000 ON at 4C and then I incubated the samples with a secondary anti-mouse Alexa 594. It worked perfectly even using a low final concentration. The signal is super clear!
