I tried this antibody 2 times, got lots of background and can not see primary cilium at all. I use methanol for fixation.

Is this antibody suitable for detecting cilia via immunofluorescence in murine tissue sections? I ask this as the reviews below focus on cells. If so, what are the recommended working dilutions? Thanks.

This primary antibody is recommended and warrantied for IF (immunofluorescent staining of fresh or frozen tissues or cells fixed in methanol or acetone), however we are still gathering data to show on our website. Check back for updates! The recommended starting dilution for IF is 1:50 (range 1:50-1:500).

How much sample do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using ARL13B (C-5): sc-515784?

So clean and now i can do my analysis in half the time. I had some trouble at first finding the right fixation method but 4% PFA with 4% sucrose in PBS worked perfectly.
