    SEE ALSO...

Amino acid-binding ABC transporter Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Amino acid-binding ABC transporter of S. equi origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Amino acid-binding ABC transporter antibody (E-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Amino acid-binding ABC transporter plays a crucial role in transporting amino acids across cellular membranes, maintaining cellular homeostasis and supporting various metabolic processes. Amino acid-binding ABC transporter is primarily located in plasma membranes, facilitating essential amino acid uptake necessary for protein synthesis and metabolic functions. Amino acid-binding ABC transporter enables S. equi to acquire nutrients needed for growth and virulence, contributing to strangles pathogenesis - a highly contagious disease characterized by severe respiratory symptoms and lymphadenitis. S. equi infections spread through inhalation or direct contact with infected materials, making Amino acid-binding ABC transporter function and location understanding critical for developing effective therapeutic strategies.
