For sc-166759. When preparing antibodies, the protein 4.1R is generally expressed in vitro, and then injected into the animal to produce the 4.1R antibody. What I want to ask is which exon of 4.1R is designed when the in vitro molecular?

Thank you for your question. I am not sure what you are asking, but I can give you the information that we can provide. This antibody, 4.1R (B-11) was raised against an epitope mapping between amino acids 635-375 of 4.1R of human origin (accession#P11171).
