p34-ARC Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects p34-ARC protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p34-ARC (F-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. p34-ARC protein plays a crucial role in regulating actin dynamics, essential for numerous cellular processes such as motility, shape maintenance, and intracellular transport. p34-ARC functions as a component of the Arp2/3 complex, vital for nucleating new actin filaments and forming branched actin networks.
