IL-27Rα Antibody (J126) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects IL-27Rα in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). IL-27Rα, also known as WSX-1, is a crucial component of the IL-27 signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in the immune response by mediating the effects of the cytokine IL-27. IL-27Rα is primarily located on the surface of immune cells, including naive CD4-positive T cells, where IL-27Rα facilitates the clonal expansion and differentiation of these cells into a Th1 phenotype, promoting the production of gamma-interferon.
