    SEE ALSO...

GLB1L2 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects GLB1L2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GLB1L2 (B-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GLB1L2, also known as beta-galactosidase-1-like protein 2, is a 636 amino acid secreted protein that belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 35 family, which plays a crucial role in carbohydrate metabolism. GLB1L2 is primarily located in the extracellular space, where GLB1L2 is involved in the hydrolysis of complex carbohydrates, thereby facilitating cellular communication and nutrient absorption. Proper functioning of GLB1L2 is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and supporting various physiological processes, including immune response and tissue remodeling. GLB1L2 gene is situated on human chromosome 11q25, a region known for its association with several genetic disorders, highlighting the importance of GLB1L2 in both health and disease.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-393202 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Germaine
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
