PCNA Antibody (PC10) how much of 200ug/ml of this antibody I am going to get in one order?

I'm wondering about the region of PCNA that is recognized by this antibody SC-56, PC10? Would an N-terminal Flag tag get in the way? Thank you.

Asked by: Galyah
Thank you for your question. The exact epitope recognized by this mouse monoclonal antibody has not been determined. However, some report that this clone (PC10) recognizes an epitope within the amino acid range of 111-125. In that case, we would not expect an N-terminal Flag tag to prevent this antibody from recognizing PCNA that contains this sequence.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Buon funzionamento in immunofluorescenza We performed indirect immunofluorescence staining of formalin-fixed MC3T3-E1 mouse preosteoblast cell line. Some cells presented a clear signal of nuclear positivity while other cells presented a weaker signal with smears in the cytoplasm.
