Which version of this antibody should be used for IP, sc-54 or sc-54 AC?

Thank you for your inquiry. If the only application you intend to use this antibody for is IP, then the agarose conjugated version sc-54 AC is a great choice. If you need to use the antibody for multiple applications such as IP and Western Blot, then the unconjugated version sc-54 is best.

We demonstrate that the catalytic subunit of the cdc2 P34 kinase is not unique to the identification of the interaction of vertebrates with cyclin.
