I have used this antibody for IHC on mouse (dil. 1:100) but it did not work very well. Has anyone tried antigen retrieval? Any other suggestions?

PECAM-1 Antibody (M-20): sc-1506 has been shown to label equine endothelial cells (Miragliotta 2008). Do you know if your replacement for this discontinued antibody (PECAM-1 (H-3): sc-376764) also labels equine cells? Many thanks

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we have no information regarding the reactivity of sc-376764 on horse samples as it has not been tested for that use. It may work, but we can not warranty it for that use. Please contact Technical Service or your local distributor for more information on how to receive a free 10 ug sample of this monoclonal antibody if you want to test it.
