LARG Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects LARG protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-LARG antibody (H-3) is available as the non-conjugated form. The leukemia-associated RhoGEF (LARG) protein, consisting of 1,544 amino acids, plays a crucial role as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that regulates Rho GTPases, which are pivotal in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. LARG contains several important structural domains, including a PDZ domain, a LH/RGS domain, and a Dbl homology/pleckstrin homology domain, which facilitate interactions with other proteins and signaling pathways.
