IFIT3 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects IFIT3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-IFIT3 antibody (E-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. IFIT3, also known as interferon-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 3, is a 490 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of eight tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) motifs, which are crucial for mediating protein-protein interactions. These TPR motifs facilitate the assembly of protein complexes that are essential for various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation and cellular proliferation.
