ETAR Antibody (C-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects endothelin receptor A (ETAR) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ETAR, also known as EDNRA, ET1 Receptor, ETA, EDN1, and ET-AR, is a crucial member of the guanine-binding regulatory protein-coupled receptor family, primarily known for high affinity for endothelin-1 (ET1). ETAR anti-ETAR antibody (C-4) plays a key role in various physiological processes, including vascular tone and blood pressure regulation, while showing involvement in pathophysiological conditions such as hypertension and heart failure.
