Brg-1 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Brg-1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Brg-1 (H-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Brg-1 functions as an ATPase subunit of the SWI-SNF chromatin remodeling complex, essential for activating transcription by remodeling nucleosome structure in an ATP-dependent manner. This remodeling enables access to DNA for transcription factors and other regulatory proteins, making Brg-1 crucial for gene expression regulation.
