- For CRISPR gene knockout, gRNA sequences direct the Cas9 protein to induce a site-specific double strand break (DSB) in the genomic DNA

- **** NOTE: No corresponding HDR is available for this Knockout Plasmid. **** Please use sc-403451-KO-2 and sc-403451-HDR-2 if selection of cells using puromycin resistance is desired.
