    SEE ALSO...

ZNF659 Antibody (C-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ZNF659 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZNF659 antibody (C-11) is available as a non-conjugated format. ZNF659, also known as Zinc finger protein 385D, is a crucial nuclear protein composed of 395 amino acids and features three C2H2-type zinc finger domains, which are essential for RNA binding and gene regulation. These zinc fingers allow ZNF659 to interact with specific RNA molecules, influencing various cellular processes, including transcriptional regulation and mRNA processing. Such interaction is vital for maintaining proper gene expression and cellular function, as dysregulation of ZNF659 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer. The gene encoding ZNF659 is located on human chromosome 3, a region rich in genes associated with critical biological functions and disease pathways. ZNF659 Antibody (C-11) enables researchers to gain valuable insights into cellular mechanisms and potential implications in health and disease.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514040 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: AbPolly
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
