    SEE ALSO...

ZNF541 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF541 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF541 (E-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF541, also known as zinc finger protein 541, is a crucial nuclear protein composed of 1,365 amino acids that plays a significant role in chromatin remodeling, particularly during spermatogenesis. ZNF541 exists in three alternatively spliced isoforms and features a SANT domain, an ELM2 domain, and five C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are essential for DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. ZNF541 interacts with heat shock protein A2 (HSPA2) and histone deacetylase 1 (HDAC1), highlighting involvement in gene expression regulation through chromatin modification. The gene encoding ZNF541 is located on human chromosome 19q13.33, a region that encompasses over 63 million bases and approximately 1,400 genes, including several members of the immunoglobulin superfamily and various cell adhesion molecules. ZNF541′s ability to modulate chromatin structure and gene expression underscores importance in cellular processes and potential implications in reproductive biology and related disorders.
