    SEE ALSO...

ZNF509 Antibody (3502C2a) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects the ZNF509 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-ZNF509 antibody (3502C2a) is available as a non-conjugated format. ZNF509 protein is a member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, characterized by multiple zinc-finger motifs, which are essential for DNA-binding capabilities. This structural feature allows ZNF509 to interact with specific DNA sequences, thereby playing a crucial role in gene expression regulation. ZNF509 is predominantly localized in the nucleus, where ZNF509 is involved in transcriptional regulation, potentially influencing cellular processes such as proliferation and differentiation. ZNF509 has been implicated in tumor suppression, showing high expression in normal epithelial cells but significant repression in various tumor tissues, including colon, lung, and skin. This suggests ZNF509 may function as a critical regulator in maintaining normal cellular functions and preventing oncogenic transformations.
