    SEE ALSO...

ZNF35 Antibody (C-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF35 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ZNF35 antibody (C-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF35, also known as HF.10 or Zfp105, is a member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc finger protein family and is primarily localized in the nucleus, where ZNF35 plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation, cell differentiation, and proliferation. Notably, ZNF35 contains 11 C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are essential for DNA-binding capabilities, allowing ZNF35 to interact with specific gene promoters and modulate their expression. The gene encoding ZNF35 is located on chromosome 3, a region frequently implicated in deletions and rearrangements associated with various tumors, including renal and lung carcinoma. Additionally, the mouse homolog Zfp105 exhibits high expression levels in the testis, particularly in round spermatids and pachytene spermatocytes, highlighting ZNF35′s potential significance in reproductive biology. With versatile applications and critical role in gene regulation, ZNF35 (C-11) antibody is an invaluable tool for researchers studying the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular processes and disease states.
