    SEE ALSO...

ZNF346 Antibody (LB-L12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the ZNF346 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZNF346 antibody (LB-L12) is available as a non-conjugated format. ZNF346 protein, also known as Just Another Zinc Finger Protein (JAZ), plays a crucial role in gene regulation due to its function as a transcription factor. ZNF346 contains four matrin-type zinc fingers, which are specialized domains that facilitate binding to DNA, thereby influencing the transcriptional activity of target genes. This is particularly important in cellular processes such as differentiation, development, and response to environmental stimuli. These zinc fingers allow ZNF346 to interact with specific DNA sequences, modulating the expression of genes involved in various biological pathways. ZNF346 is subject to alternative splicing, resulting in two isoforms that may have distinct regulatory roles, further underscoring the complexity of its function in gene expression regulation.
