    SEE ALSO...

ZNF263 Antibody (8-YD33) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects the ZNF263 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZNF263 antibody (8-YD33) is available as a non-conjugated format. ZNF263, also known as FPM315 or ZKSCAN12, is a crucial transcriptional repressor located in the nucleus, where ZNF263 plays a significant role in regulating gene expression. ZNF263 is characterized by nine C2H2-type zinc fingers, a KRAB domain, and a SCAN box domain, all essential for DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. These domains allow ZNF263 to interact with specific DNA sequences, thereby influencing the transcription of target genes. ZNF263 expression across various tissues, including the heart, brain, and liver, highlights ZNF263′s importance in diverse biological processes. ZNF263 monoclonal antibody (8-YD33) enables researchers to gain insights into the regulatory mechanisms of gene expression and potential implications of ZNF263 in various physiological and pathological conditions.
