ZNF207 Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ZNF207 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZNF207 antibody (C-6) is available as the non-conjugated form. ZNF207, also known as zinc finger protein 207, is a 478 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in the nucleus, where ZNF207 is primarily localized. This nuclear localization is significant as ZNF207 interacts directly with DNA, influencing gene expression and cellular function. ZNF207 contains two C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are essential for DNA-binding capabilities, and is expressed ubiquitously across various tissues, suggesting involvement in fundamental biological processes. ZNF207 may function as a transcription factor, regulating the transcription of target genes, and exists in three isoforms due to alternative splicing events, which may contribute to functional diversity. ZNF207′s ability to modulate transcriptional activity underscores importance in cellular regulation and potential implications in various diseases, making anti-ZNF207 antibody (C-6) a valuable tool for researchers studying gene expression and transcriptional mechanisms.
