    SEE ALSO...

ZIP10 Antibody (1F6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZIP10 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZIP10 (1F6) antibody is available as the non-conjugated anti-ZIP10 monoclonal isotype antibody. ZIP10, also known as Zinc transporter ZIP10 and designated as Solute carrier family 39 member 10, is a multi-pass membrane protein characterized by seven transmembrane regions, which play a crucial role in zinc homeostasis within cells. ZIP10 is part of the ZIP transporter family, which increases intracellular zinc levels by facilitating zinc uptake from the extracellular environment. ZIP10 functions as a key cofactor in numerous enzymatic reactions and is involved in various cellular processes, including gene expression, immune function, and cell signaling. Dysregulation of ZIP10 expression has been linked to the invasiveness of several metastatic breast cancers, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression and a target for therapeutic intervention. ZIP10 exhibits tissue-specific expression patterns and responds differently to varying zinc levels, making ZIP10 an important focus for research in both normal physiology and disease states.
