ZIP-kinase Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZIP-kinase of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZIP-kinase (C-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZIP-kinase plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating apoptosis, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing tumorigenesis. ZIP-kinase is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where ZIP-kinase interacts with other signaling molecules to modulate apoptotic processes. ZIP-kinase′s ability to dimerize with transcription factors such as ATF-4, which also contains a leucine zipper domain, underscores ZIP-kinase′s importance in gene regulation during stress responses.
