    SEE ALSO...

ZFP64 Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ZFP64 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZFP64 antibody (F-3) is available as the non-conjugated form. ZFP64, also known as ZNF338, is a crucial member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger family, consisting of 681 amino acids and localized primarily in the nucleus. ZFP64′s structure features nine C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are essential for DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. ZFP64′s ability to interact with specific DNA sequences allows modulation of gene expression, making ZFP64 vital for various cellular processes, including development and differentiation. ZFP64 undergoes alternative splicing, resulting in four distinct isoforms, which may have unique regulatory functions or tissue-specific roles. Understanding ZFP64′s structure and function is important for elucidating involvement in gene regulation and potential implications in diseases where transcriptional dysregulation occurs.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-374263 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: AbPolly
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
