ZC3HAV1L Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ZC3HAV1L of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZC3HAV1L (F-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZC3HAV1L, also known as zinc finger CCCH-type antiviral protein 1-like, plays a crucial role in innate immune response by recognizing and binding to viral RNA, thereby facilitating viral genome degradation and preventing viral replication. This function is particularly important during viral infections, as ZC3HAV1L helps limit pathogen spread and contributes to host antiviral defense mechanisms. ZC3HAV1L is encoded on human chromosome 7, which is associated with various genetic disorders, including Osteogenesis imperfecta and Shwachman-Diamond syndrome. Two C3H1-type zinc fingers in ZC3HAV1L structure mediate protein-protein interactions and RNA binding, further underscoring ZC3HAV1L′s role in immune regulation and response to viral challenges.
