ZC3H7A Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZC3H7A of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ZC3H7A antibody (B-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZC3H7A, also known as ZC3H7, HSPC055, or ZC3HDC7, is a 971 amino acid protein characterized by a C3H1-type zinc finger domain, three C3H1-type zinc fingers, and three tetratricopeptide repeats, which are crucial for protein-protein interactions. ZC3H7A belongs to the ZC3H12 family and is primarily localized in the nucleus, where ZC3H7A plays a significant role in regulating gene expression and cellular responses to stress. The zinc finger domain facilitates ZC3H7A binding to RNA and DNA, influencing various cellular processes, including apoptosis and immune responses. ZC3H7A is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 16p13.13, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including giant axonal neuropathy and Crohn′s disease, highlighting ZC3H7A′s potential relevance in both normal physiology and disease states.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with ZC3H7A (B-3): sc-398981?

Asked by: DefinitelyNotMatt
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
