SEE ALSO...

ZBTB4 Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ZBTB4 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZBTB4 antibody (A-7) is available as the non-conjugated form. ZBTB4, also known as KAISO-L1, plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation, influencing gene expression in various biological processes. ZBTB4 functions as a nuclear protein composed of 1,013 amino acids, featuring one BTB (POZ) domain and six C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are essential for DNA-binding capabilities. These zinc fingers allow ZBTB4 to interact with specific DNA sequences, thereby modulating target gene transcription. ZBTB4 undergoes phosphorylation and downregulation by HIPK2, a process that can impact regulatory functions. ZBTB4 is encoded on human chromosome 17, a region encompassing over 2.5% of the human genome and containing more than 1,200 genes, highlighting ZBTB4′s importance in genomic regulation and cellular function.
