WRB Antibody (12-K) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects WRB in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). WRB, also known as congenital heart disease 5 protein (CHD5), is a 174 amino acid nuclear protein characterized by a potential nuclear localization signal and a tryptophan-rich C-terminus, which plays a crucial role in its function.
