    SEE ALSO...

WDR93 Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects WDR93 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). WDR93 Antibody (A-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. WDR93 consists of 686 amino acids and contains one WD repeat, playing a crucial role in cellular processes due to involvement in regulatory mechanisms such as chromatin assembly, cell cycle control, and signal transduction. The presence of WD repeats, characterized by a conserved core of 40-60 amino acids that typically form a tertiary propeller structure, allows WDR93 to interact with various partners, facilitating complex cellular functions. WDR93 exists as two alternatively spliced isoforms and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 15, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including Angelman syndrome and Prader-Willi syndrome. WDR93′s participation in diverse cellular activities underscores its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and highlights potential as a target for therapeutic interventions in diseases linked to chromosomal abnormalities.
