WDR92 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects WDR92 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). WDR92 (E-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. WDR92, also known as WD repeat-containing protein Monad, is a 357 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of six WD-repeats, which are structural motifs that typically form a tertiary propeller configuration. These WD-repeats facilitate interactions with other proteins, playing a significant role in various cellular processes such as chromatin assembly, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. WDR92 expression is notably high in testicular tissue, suggesting involvement in reproductive processes and apoptosis regulation. WDR92 gene is located on human chromosome 2, a region associated with numerous genetic disorders, highlighting WDR92′s importance in both normal physiology and disease states.

To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody.
