    SEE ALSO...

WDR92 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects WDR92 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). WDR92, also known as WD repeat-containing protein Monad, is a 357 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of six WD-repeats, which are motifs that typically form a tertiary propeller structure. This unique structure allows WDR92 to participate in various cellular functions, particularly in the regulation of apoptosis, a vital process for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing uncontrolled cell proliferation. WDR92 expression is notably highest in the testis, indicating a potential role in reproductive biology. Furthermore, the gene encoding WDR92 is located on human chromosome 2, a region associated with numerous genetic diseases, including Harlequin ichthyosis and Alström syndrome, highlighting WDR92′s importance in both normal physiology and disease states. Anti-WDR92 antibody (D-4) serves as an essential tool for researchers investigating the intricate roles of WD-repeat proteins in cellular regulation and their implications in health and disease.
