    SEE ALSO...

WDR5B Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects WDR5B protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-WDR5B antibody (E-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. WDR5B protein consists of 330 amino acids and serves as a probable substrate receptor subunit of a CUL-RING E3 protein ligase complex, playing a crucial role in regulating protein degradation and cellular signaling pathways. WDR5B protein interacts with CUL-4B and DDB1, essential components of the ubiquitin-proteasome system, thereby influencing various cellular processes such as DNA repair, cell cycle regulation, and gene expression. Seven WD repeats in WDR5B are significant as these structural motifs are often involved in protein-protein interactions, facilitating the assembly of multiprotein complexes vital for cellular function. WDR5B is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 3, a region associated with several genetic diseases and cancer-related loci, highlighting WDR5B protein′s importance in both normal physiology and disease states.

Are there any issues with using sc-515077: WDR5B (E-6) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

    Asked by: TinTin
Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Please contact our special orders department for pricing and availability of sc-515077 conjugates.
