Datasheets
  • WAVE3 Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM κ WAVE3 antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
  • specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 250-269 within an internal region of WAVE3 of human origin
  • recommended for detection of WAVE3 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA
  • m-IgGκ BP-HRP is the preferred secondary detection reagent for WAVE3 Antibody (E-3) for WB applications. This reagent is now offered in a bundle with WAVE3 Antibody (E-3) (see ordering information below). For additional m-IgGκ BP conjugates see our complete list of Mouse IgG Binding Proteins.

    SEE ALSO...

WAVE3 Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects WAVE3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). WAVE3 Antibody (E-3) is available as the non-conjugated anti-WAVE3 antibody (E-3). WAVE3 plays a crucial role in actin cytoskeletal dynamics, which is essential for various cellular processes, including cell motility, shape changes, and signal transduction. WAVE3 (E-3) antibody recognizes a protein involved in the formation of a multiprotein complex that connects receptor kinases to the actin cytoskeleton, facilitating the transduction of signals that lead to alterations in cell function and movement. This interaction is vital for processes such as cell migration and morphogenesis, making WAVE3 a significant player in both normal physiological functions and pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis. The WAVE family, including WAVE1 and WAVE2, cooperates with the Arp2/3 complex to promote actin filament formation, thereby influencing cellular architecture and behavior. WAVE3 mediates actin polymerization in response to GTP binding and activation of Rac, underscoring its importance in maintaining cellular integrity and facilitating dynamic responses to environmental cues.
