Could this antibody [VEGF(C1) :SC-7269] detect lymphatic vessels or not? VEGF included seveval isoforms such as VEGF-A/B/C. Can it detect VEGF-C on mouse tissue?

Esistono citazioni di questo anticorpo usato in immunofluorescenza su tessuto nervoso (in particolare spinal cord)? L'ho utilizzato su midollo di topo (con diluizione 1:100) e la reazione è venuta abbastanza bene ma vedo una marcatura soltanto sui vasi.

Our recommended dilution ranges for this antibody are the following: Western blotting (1:100-1:1000), immunofluorescence (1:50-1:500), immunohistochemistry (1:50-1:500).
