Vascular Endothelium Antibody (10) is a mouse monoclonal IgM kappa light chain antibody that detects Vascular Endothelium protein of human origin by immunofluorescence (IF) and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). Anti-Vascular Endothelium antibody (10) is available as a non-conjugated format. Vascular Endothelium protein plays a crucial role in maintaining vascular homeostasis, influencing vascular tone, hemostasis, and immune response. Vascular Endothelium protein is primarily located on the inner lining of blood vessels, acting as a selective barrier between circulating blood and surrounding tissues, facilitating the exchange of nutrients and waste products. Maintaining endothelial layer integrity prevents vascular leakage and maintains blood flow, while dysfunction can lead to various cardiovascular diseases. Vascular Endothelium protein regulates smooth muscle function and modulates leukocyte and platelet adhesion, essential for inflammatory responses and wound healing. Anti-Vascular Endothelium antibody (10) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying endothelial biology and its implications in health and disease.
