SEE ALSO...

USP52 Antibody (6A7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects USP52 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-USP52 antibody (6A7) is available as the non-conjugated format. USP52, also known as PAN2, plays a crucial role in regulating mRNA stability and decay, which is vital for maintaining proper gene expression and cellular function. Located in both cytoplasm and nucleus, USP52 functions as a key component of the Pan nuclease complex, participating in the shortening of poly(A) tails of RNA molecules. This process is essential for mRNA degradation, influencing transcript turnover and overall control of protein synthesis within cells. Through modulation of mRNA decay, USP52 helps regulate various cellular processes, including signal transduction and cell cycle progression, making USP52 an important player in the ubiquitin pathway that governs numerous intracellular functions.
