UBC12 Antibody (L-34) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects UBC12 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). UBC12, also known as UBE2M, is a 183 amino acid member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, playing a crucial role in the ubiquitination process, which is essential for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis.
